  2. Press The Vent Button: Wait a few seconds for the foam to settle and vent again, so that the cavity is generally full of beer.
  3. Twist Up: Turn the knob counterclockwise until it stops! The float will rise to the top of the cavity.
  4. Lock Down: Turn the knob fully clockwise until it stops. That is it! You are now ready to donate beer.
  5. Cleaning: When flushing the lines, turn the knob anti-clockwise until it stops in the upward position. Operate the vent button a few times while cleaning to ensure that the vent does not "snap" into an open position during regular use.
